Q) How do I get more cash raffle tickets?

A) Reach out to your team parents or email us at kalafundraising@gmail.com to request more and discuss a time/day to pick those up.

Q) When and who do I turn in my cash raffle ticket stubs in to?

A) Stubs will be due at the end of the season picnic. You can hand them in early to Keri Baker during practices/games (boys U12 or girls U10), or to your team parent. Make sure all stubs are turned in at one time in an envelope clearly marked with your player(s) name on it. 

Q) When will the cash raffle drawing take place?

A) The cash raffle drawing will be done at the end of the season picnic.

Q) Do I need to pay for the Uncle Mike vouchers prior to selling them? 

A) No, you do not need to pay for the vouchers prior to selling them. You will need to pay for your tickets at the time of voucher pick up.

Q) When and who do I turn the money into once I’m ready for my vouchers?

A) You can write out ONE check (made payable to KALA) for the total number of vouchers your player sold in an envelope. Label the envelope “Uncle Mike’s fundraiser” with your player’s name and hand that into Keri or your team parent.

Q) What are the fundraising efforts going towards this year? 

A) The funds raised this year will go towards the installation of the fields located at JRG. This field space gives us a place to host our home tournament which was previously held at Wanick Park in Sherwood. We will also use funding to purchase more team pop up tents, additional uniforms/equipment and extra goals. 

Q) How can my company or the company I work for donate to KALA? What kind of promotional advertising do I/they get for donating? 

A) Corporate sponsorship is a huge part of funding KALA, and we wouldn’t be able to be as successful without your help! We have 3 sponsorship levels available to choose from. To see more details on those, you can visit our website (kimberlylacrosse.com) > Resources > Forms > KALA Donation Form. Depending on what level of donation you make, you can receive free promotional advertising on our traveling banner, Social Media or our website. If you, or the company you work for, would like to make another form or amount of donation to KALA, please reach out to kalafundraising@gmail.com. Remember to ask your employer if they match donations! NOTE: If you would like to be a FACEOFF sponsor, please be sure to have donations to us no later than March 30th to be able get your company logo on the banner prior to the season starting.
